Sweet young love..
Samuel and Alexa had the most colorful, intimate, fun filled wedding on September 23, 2023 at the gorgeous Beckendorff Farms in the country side of Katy, Texas. Alexa started the day off with her bridesmaids and Mother, getting their makeup and hair done in sweet little bridal suite, while Sam spent the day with his guys and arrived to the venue ready to marry his bride. The bridesmaids wore different color and style dresses which fit the vibe and scheme of the wedding of the wedding perfectly, and made each of them stand out.
After Alexa was finished with her hair and makeup, me, her, and her mother stepped into another room to get Alexa into her magical sparkling and flowy dress in privacy. Alexa knew that her dress had a "wow" factor that her bridesmaids were going to be stunned by, so after getting her fully ready we stepped outside for a first look with her girls. It's safe to say that they were in fact stunned and multiple tears were shed. We then pulled the Father of the Bride outside for a first look with his baby girl for the first time before he gave her away, and again so many sweet tears shed. Can you blame them? Look at her!
Shortly after, the nerves of walking down the aisle began to sit in. Alexa + Sam shared the most emotional, sincere, yet funny vows to each other, which fit these two perfectly during their indoor ceremony. Samuel's dad officiated the wedding as he married his son and new daughter in law. Post ceremony, the couple shared some tight hugs and big smiles with those important people they had present in their wedding day before heading to the back patio to greet and hug all their guests.
THE PARTY STARTED!
Amazing vibes, tunes, and lots of disposable camera photos filled the Berges wedding reception. Every single person was on the dance floor, when they weren't at the bar getting a sweet and salty margarita. Between Taylor Swift and old 90's pop, everyone was making their way across the dance floor. My personal favorite part of the wedding.. Sam + Alexa had their DJ play the songs that their parents shared their first dance to at their own weddings. My heart was throbbing watching them relive their own special day. The night ended with cake, no shoes, and a sparkler exit.
I could not have imagined a more special wedding for a more loving couple. Their families really made me feel at home and welcomed me full heartedly.
Can we relive this day 10x!
